Preparation begins!!


Connie is cutting the fish,Carolyn is cleaning the prawns and Bee Leng is washing the vegetables.

After we were done with the preparation,we went to the living room and watched a Hong Kong variety show.

OK,we are ready to start!!Let's see,we have prawns,sliced fish,meatballs,cheese tofu,crab sticks,vege,mushrooms and fishballs.

While they were preparing food,I went to look for the cat and found him hiding.

Cooking Ribeye Steaks

Cooked them in the electric oven.Roughly 10 minutes and at 180 degrees.


All nice and juicy!! Yummy!!

Bought them from Cold Storage.I've put the ruler beside the steak to show how small it is.


Soaked in A1 sauce.
